Keep a natural networker? No? Well, you're not alone. A large proportion of the population, the network connections are rare, at least initially. It may be partly due to our misconceptions about networking, especially in connection with your job search. Let me explain what the network is running, and it is not!

Networking is not about people. They build up a relationship and exchange of information. Ideally, network a byproduct of the impact every day contacts with people in our circle and we are in contact with as a result of taking care of daily operations.

Networking is not about how many business cards you made. It is not how many cards you give that is important. It's about relationships that are expressed to create, collect your business card as a result of the talks will be meaningful with.

Networking is not asking for a job. Networking is the exchange of meaningful information, know-how and make a very real connection with someone.

It is a dialogue about the opening. Some dialogues are short and others are developing more and more time for themselves.

When networking, always the first priority, so that a friend or to develop a relationship. That means listening as much as you talk. Be genuinely curious about how other people. Ask questions, give talks about it. You get your turn.

Searching for ways to give before you receive it. If you do not give a chance to give before you try to find as you get, and if all else fails, give the opportunity to live on when received. One of the worst things you can do is take take take and never give back to. That is what networking a bad name. Do it and suffer your reputation and network.

We collect all the time, we do not just think of it as networking. Network, it turns out, is quite natural.
